Q1: I need a security guard yesterday, how quickly can you get someone to my site?
A1: We guarantee to get a security guard to your site within the M25 inside of three hours of your booking or we will pay you £100.*
*as long as you contact us by phone Mon-Sat 7am-8pm and you book at least 24 hours of continuous security cover
Q2: How can I be sure that your security guard will turn up?
A2: As soon as you book one of our security guards, you’ll be given the name and mobile number of our duty operations manager. If you have any issues you can contact him 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
While this may be an emergency to you, it’s a regular thing we deal with day in day out. Clients such as Premier Inn, Stringfellows, Laura Ashley, PePe Jeans and many others have all contacted us at short notice for security services. You can think of us as your fourth emergency service.
Q3: How can I be sure your security guards are trained and vetted?
A3: Every security guard in the UK has to have an SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence, this ensures that they are vetted and trained to a professional standard. Whilst on duty they must carry their SIA badge.
Q4: We are not sure how long we’ll need your security guard for, how flexible are you with this?
A4: Sometimes you may be waiting to get your alarm or shutters fixed, so you’re at the mercy of the alarm or shutter company. As long as you give us 24 hours notice we can stop your service without you having to pay any extra. If you need to extend the security cover please let us know as soon as possible so we can let you have the same security guard you’ve become used to.
Q5: How many security guards are you able to supply at short notice?
A5: We have been called to supply 20 security guards with only 18 hours notice: we came up trumps and our client was over the moon.
Q6: How flexible are you with the number of security guards you supply to us over the course of our contract?
A6: The Science Museum originally asked us to supply them with 7 guards over a 3 month period; we ended up giving them 15 guards over a 15 month time scale.
Q7: What areas of the country do you cover?
A7: We can cover you anywhere on the UK mainland.
